Holiday Stationstore Preliminary Grading, Utility, and Erosion Control Plans submitted by Insites, <br />dated January 12, 2007. <br />2. Holiday Stationstore Preliminary Plat received by the City of Lino Lakes January 16, 2007. <br />There are no significant issues with the project to be addressed prior to preliminary plat approval. <br />Items to be addressed prior to final approval: <br />1. Cul -de -sac must be platted clearly to designate public right of way. <br />2. Traffic flow must align with access provided to Lot 2 (shared access may need to be relocated along <br />property line). <br />3. Maintenance Agreement must be established for pond and storm sewer maintenance. <br />4. Sidewalk plan must be submitted for review. <br />5. The city project will provide utility stubs to both lots. Plans must conform to city design. <br />6. SAC /WAC determination must be submitted to conform to site improvements. <br />7. Copy of state and county permits must be submitted prior to approval. <br />8. Plans must reference city standards and details for any work to be completed in right of way. <br />9.
