Comforts of <br />Home is proposed for the Jenson Farm property (`Site "), a 17 -acre parcel located near the <br />intersection of Hodgson Road and County Road J in south central Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />The Comforts of Home / CORE development will blend together medium density housing and <br />commercial uses to provide the community with senior living, assisted living facilities, and <br />neighborhood scale commercial uses, including grocery, while bringing in the infrastructure <br />necessary to advance the redevelopment and development needs of the Site and properties to the <br />south and east. Comforts of Home will be a new development to the community, but its vision <br />and future will remain in the hands of long -time Lino Lakes' residents. <br />This submittal includes a fully executed application for Planned Unit Development — <br />Development Stage Plan. The submitted documents include the legal description of the Site. <br />The required fees have been submitted with CORE's June 9, 2006 application, which have not <br />been released by the City. A change in ownership of the Site causes CORE to amend its <br />previous application with the attached corrected application. CORE requests the escrowed fees <br />from the former application be earmarked for this amended application. <br />Below is a list of documents contained in CORE's submittal that satisfies the City's requirements <br />for review. This submission includes: <br />1. Site Plans, including <br />a. Certificate of Survey <br />b. Resource inventory <br />c. Preliminary Plat <br />
