CORE is working with the property owners south of the Site in order to coordinated development and redevelopment of the westerly side of the County Road J / Hodgson Road development area. Peter Coyle, Larkin Hoffman Attorneys Development Overview The Comforts of Home / CORE development is envisioned as a mixed -use development comprising both a senior living community and site appropriate commercial uses. It offers senior living accommodations including memory care, assisted living and independent living for residents seeking to stay in the community and have access to lifestyle amenities, such as a grocery and other neighborhood -scale retail /commercial services, trails and open space. The Site benefits from large stands of trees. CORE views these stands as amenities important to the success of the development. CORE's plan is to preserve areas of tree stands, replace trees that are lost and enhance the entire site with a comprehensive landscape plan. As has been achieved with CORE's projects in other communities, the intent is to exceed the municipal requirements if possible. Architecturally, CORE will compliment the existing community through the use of materials and design. The townhomes and assisted living structures are designed with traditional gabled roofs and pleasing exterior finishes. The Comforts of Home site layout and design features are open to influence from the surrounding neighborhood's desires and the City's reasonable recommendations.
