•LJtilities <br />The City Engineer has thoroughly reviewed the submitted utility plan and his comments are attached in <br />memorandum form. A condition of this approval will require compliance with these comments. <br />Stormwater management <br />The attached memorandum from the City Engineer includes all of the comments related to Stormwater <br />management and a condition will require compliance. <br />The applicant has worked with Rice Creek Watershed District but no official review comments have been <br />issued at this time. Compliance with the RCWD will be required as a condition of approval. <br />Environmental Board <br />Attached is a memorandum from the City Environmental Coordinator outlining the recommendations made by <br />the Environmental Board on January 31, 2007. Many of the recommendations have been included as staff <br />recommended conditions of approval below. <br />• <br />• <br />
