Much like Hailey Manor, Cavegn <br />Estates, and Golden Acres previously, this project involves the redevelopment of an existing <br />residential lot in the Mar Don Acres neighborhood into two residential lots. The existing <br />dwelling will remain on lot 2. <br />To accommodate the development proposal, the following approvals are necessary: <br />1. Rezoning from R (Rural) to R -1 (Single Family Residential) <br />2. Preliminary Plat <br />3. Final Plat <br />4.
