Grandview, Aerial View, Resource Inventory and Certificate of Survey, Preliminary Plat, Grading Plan, <br />Utility Plan, and SWPPP submitted by E. G. Rud and Sons, Inc., received by the City of Lino Lakes May <br />14, 2007. <br />Significant issues with the project to be addressed prior to Preliminary Plat approval. <br />1. Please see the attached Drainage Review, there are a number of items that need to be addressed prior to <br />Preliminary Plat approvaL <br />Items to be addressed prior to final approval: <br />1. The Public Works Department should verify that the hydrant at the end of the 6 inch line near the <br />Parsonage is suitable to be salvaged and reinstalled. <br />2. The 6 inch sewer stub to the church should have the clean -out removed and a manhole added at the west <br />end of the pipe. <br />3. The existing Utility Easement on Lot 14 in Marshan Meadows should be shown on the Plan. <br />4. Plans must reference City standards and details for any work to be completed in right -of -way. <br />5. Existing sanitary sewer and water services to the parsonage should be shown on the Utility Plan. <br />6. A written agreement from the property owners to the north will be required for the off -site grading. <br />7. Confirm that the house set -backs and side yard easements meet City Code for the existing house on Lot 4 <br />Block 1. The size of this lot was reduced from previous submittals. <br />8. The existing street right -of -way will need to be formally vacated.
