Grandview, Aerial View, Resource Inventory and Certificate of Survey, Preliminary Plat, Grading Plan, Utility Plan, and SWPPP submitted by E. G. Rud and Sons, Inc., received by the City of Lino Lakes May 14, 2007. Significant issues with the project to be addressed prior to Preliminary Plat approval. 1. Please see the attached Drainage Review, there are a number of items that need to be addressed prior to Preliminary Plat approvaL Items to be addressed prior to final approval: 1. The Public Works Department should verify that the hydrant at the end of the 6 inch line near the Parsonage is suitable to be salvaged and reinstalled. 2. The 6 inch sewer stub to the church should have the clean -out removed and a manhole added at the west end of the pipe. 3. The existing Utility Easement on Lot 14 in Marshan Meadows should be shown on the Plan. 4. Plans must reference City standards and details for any work to be completed in right -of -way. 5. Existing sanitary sewer and water services to the parsonage should be shown on the Utility Plan. 6. A written agreement from the property owners to the north will be required for the off -site grading. 7. Confirm that the house set -backs and side yard easements meet City Code for the existing house on Lot 4 Block 1. The size of this lot was reduced from previous submittals. 8.
