All the buildings <br />are attractive with brick, rock face block, stucco, EIFS, and metal peaks. A variety of colors <br />and design elements are proposed. <br />•Lot 1, Block 1, Retail (sheet A2): The proposed 6500 sf retail building includes rock face <br />block and precolored 4" block along with EIFS. We have no colors for this building, which <br />must be supplied. The tallest parapet on this building is 22' high. The trash location is <br />generalized on sheet A2 but the location must be connected to the building and shown on the <br />building elevation. It would be worth considering breaking up the east and west elevations <br />with a horizontal band to change the color or material and establish a visual base - middle -top <br />on those walls. <br />•Lot 2, Block 1, McDonald's (sheets A2.0, A2.1): The proposed McDonald's is an <br />attractive building with face brick and EIFS. The brick colors are a typical brick red with <br />dark forest green setting off the drive - through windows. The EIFS will be white. <br />• Modernized golden arch elements rest over the entrances and large windows. The majority of <br />the building is 18' 3" high.
