AGENDA ITEM 5.B. <br />• STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P &Z MEETING DATE: December 12, 2007 <br />TOPIC: Public Hearing: Vaughn's 1st Addition <br />• <br />• <br />Preliminary Plat <br />BACKGROUND <br />Ed Vaughn has requested approval of a 1 lot residential subdivision to be known as Vaughn's 1st <br />Addition.
