Resolution 05 -182 - Preliminary Plat and <br />MUSA allocation <br />BACKGROUND <br />23, LLC has applied for a Rezoning to R -1X (Single Family Executive) and GB (General <br />Business; a Preliminary Plat for 72 residential lots and 2 commercial lots; and allocation <br />of residential and commercial MUSA reserve. <br />The subject property is located on the east side of Lake Drive approximately 900 feet <br />south of Main Street.
