continuously through a pervious filter strip until it reaches the <br />property line or drainage swale. <br />(e) Soil tilling to restore infiltration potential is required to <br />restore porosity in graded /disturbed areas that will contribute <br />to runoff connection length. <br />(f) Impervious disconnection and credit values must comply <br />with District standard plates and design criteria. <br />(v) Soil Compaction Mitigation - Upland areas protected from <br />grading during construction, tilling of permeable soils compacted <br />during construction, or amending and tilling of low- permeability <br />soils compacted during construction. <br />(a) This credit may be combined with the impervious <br />disconnection credit. <br />(b) Soil Compaction Mitigation must comply with District <br />standard plates and design criteria. <br />(c) The District must be contacted 48 -hours prior to soil <br />compaction mitigation activities for verification of compliance. <br />10. SUBMITTALS. <br />(a) Except as provided below, an application for a permit review under <br />this Rule will consist of application materials, fees and sureties as <br />required by District Rules B (Procedural Requirements), C (Stormwater <br />Management), Rule D (Erosion and Sediment Control) and F (Wetland <br />Alteration), in addition to the submittals required under any other District <br />Rule to which the proposal is subject. <br />RCWD Proposed Rule RMP -3 26 <br />October 8, 2008 <br />• <br />
