Proposed tasks and priorities were developed from CCES's past experience <br />implementing restoration and management tasks at Foxborough (2005- 2008), conversations <br />and site visits with City staff, and in accordance with the Foxborough Restoration and <br />Management Plan (CCES, August 2005). The proposed restoration and management tasks <br />will be implemented during from July 2009 through December 2010. The proposed scope of <br />work and prioritization of tasks are based on available funding within the Foxborough <br />Conservation Fund. The City of Lino Lakes has recently informed CCES that available funding <br />is as follows: $12,960 for 2009, and $6,700 for 2010; a total of $19,660 for July 2009 through <br />December 2010. <br />The following proposed tasks, timelines, costs, and priorities constitute the proposed scope <br />of work for 2009 and 2010 within Foxborough's conservation outlots. <br />2009 Proposed Restoration and Management Tasks: <br />Task 1: Management and Removal of Buckthorn <br />CCES restoration crews will manage and treat remaining areas of buckthorn infestation and <br />resprout.
