The applicant must provide a recorded covenant for the upland conservation area to meet the <br />volume reduce requirement of least 0.5- inches of runoff over the new impervious area on -site as <br />described in RMP -3 8(c) and subject to the conditions in RMP -3 9(b)(ii). <br />2. The applicant must provide a draft declaration that prohibits plowed snow storage in a location <br />from which runoff will be conveyed without adequate pretreatment or sheet flow directly into a <br />wetland within the RMP area according to RMP -3 B(e). <br />3. The applicant must record a declaration establishing a vegetated wetland buffer adjacent to the <br />delineated edge of the final Wetland Preservation Corridor and other wetland buffer and upland <br />habitat approved as part of a permit under Rule RMP -3 7(a). <br />4. The applicant must submit a vegetation management plan for the vegetated buffer per RMP -3 <br />7(d). <br />5. The applicant must provide an easement, in a form acceptable to the District, granting the District <br />the authority to monitor, modify and maintain hydrologic and vegetative conditions within the <br />WPC wetland and upland buffer or habitat area adjacent to the WPC wetland per RMP-3 11. <br />Administrative <br />Houston Engineering Inc.
