(a) Areas of C or D hydrologic soil groups that cannot <br />be routed by a gravity system to onsite A or B <br />hydrologic soil groups; <br />(b) Areas with a groundwater table within three (3) <br />feet of surface, or otherwise at an elevation that <br />poses a threat of groundwater contamination or <br />renders the infiltration BMP ineffective; <br />(c) Areas where soil contamination is present or land <br />use history indicates a likely threat of soil <br />contamination. <br />9(b)(ii) Upland Restoration /Conservation - Conservation of high quality <br />upland areas with a Natural Heritage ranking of "C" or better or <br />restoration of Native Prairie, Woodlands or Forests. <br />(a) Volume credit will be given only for area protected in <br />perpetuity by recorded covenants in favor of the District. <br />(b) Volume credit will be given only for area contiguous with a <br />Wetland Preservation Corridor OR area of at least 0.5 acres not <br />contiguous with the Wetland Preservation Corridor. <br />8(e) The property owner must record a declaration, or a public owner <br />execute a maintenance agreement, that prohibits plowed snow storage in <br />a location from which runoff will be conveyed without adequate <br />pretreatment (minimum of 25 feet of overland drainage on grassland or <br />other rough vegetated surface to trap flow) or sheet flow directly into a <br />wetland within the RMP area. This requirement does not apply to snow <br />removed from public roadways. <br />7(c) All buffer required under section 7 must average at least 50 feet in <br />width, measure at least 25 feet at all points, and meet the average width <br />at all points of concentrated inflow. Buffer receiving secondary <br />replacement credit as upland habitat area must be at least two acres in <br />size. <br />• 8(e) The property owner must record a declaration, or a public owner <br />
