The <br />applicant must show inlet protection on the plans. The applicant should <br />also show protection measures for the engineered soils once installed on <br />site, such as sod buffers and fencing to prevent sedimentation and <br />compaction to the filtrate. <br />Landscape Plan— Attachments 7 & 8 show proposed plant materials for <br />the bio- retention basins. All are 4' potted native plants and acceptable to <br />meet bio- filtration requirements. Existing trees are being preserved in <br />Basin 2.. Screening issues were addressed at the time of the original <br />platting. The plant schedule indicates Spruce Trees (by others). I <br />believe these are the Spruce Trees that exist on the South side of the <br />property. <br />Lighting Plan —The Lighting Plan lacks the detail to determine whether <br />the lighting meets Lino Lakes standards. Discussing the issue with SRF <br />it was stated that the lighting fixtures would be of the same type that <br />were installed on the previously designed parking lots of Eagle Brook <br />Church. <br />Recommendations and Comments -- Recommend that the project go forward <br />with suggested Changes /Additions of City Staff as listed in the report <br />and Environmental Board Comments. <br />Attachments <br />1.
