DRAFT 4 -28 -2010 <br />• (g) Storage of storm water runoff on site. <br />• <br />• <br />(h) Avoid channel erosion. <br />(2) Erosion and Sediment Control Criteria - Site plans for new development of any kind will <br />be assessed for erosion and sediment control. <br />(a) Pollution prevention by minimizing disturbance of natural soil cover and <br />vegetation, and minimizing, in area and duration, exposed soil and unstable soil <br />conditions. <br />(b) Using sediment barriers to protect soil stockpiles, receiving water bodies, <br />wetlands, storm sewer inlets, and adjacent properties from sediment deposition. <br />(c) Minimize off -site sediment transport on trucks and equipment. <br />(d) Minimize work in and adjacent to water bodies and wetlands. <br />(e) Maintain stable slopes. <br />(f) Avoid steep slopes and the need for high cuts and fills (no slopes greater than <br />3(h):1(v), except as approved by the City engineer). <br />(g) Minimize disturbance to the surrounding soils, root systems and trunks of trees <br />adjacent to site activity that are intended to be left standing. <br />(h) Minimize the compaction of site soils. <br />(i) Using and maintaining temporary and permanent soil stabilization. <br />(3) SWPPP Requirements - The minimum information requirements of the SWPPP shall be <br />consistent with the most recent version of the NPDES Permit requirements including all the <br />following information: <br />(a) Project name and type (residential, commercial, industrial, road construction, or <br />other); <br />(b) Project location; <br />(c) County parcel identification number (legal description); <br />(d) Names and addresses of the record owner, developer, land surveyor, engineer, <br />designer of the plat, and any agents, contractors, and subcontractors who will be <br />responsible for project implementation; <br />9 <br />
