DRAFT 4 -28 -2010 <br />(e) Estimated start date, time frames, and schedules for each construction phase, and <br />completion date; <br />(f) Copies of permits or permit applications required by any other governmental <br />entity or agencies including mitigation measures required as a result of any review for the <br />project (e.g., wetland mitigation, EAW, EIS, archaeology survey); <br />(g) An existing site map and calculations, signed by a certified professional drawn to <br />a legible scale and clearly labeled with a north arrow and date of preparation. In addition, <br />the following information is required at a minimum; <br />1. Property lines and lot dimensions. <br />2. Existing zoning classifications for land within and abutting the <br />development, including shoreland, floodway, flood fringe, or general floodplain, <br />and other natural resource overlay districts. <br />3. All buildings and outdoor uses including all dimensions and setbacks. <br />4. All public and private roads, interior roads, driveways, and parking lots. <br />5. Identify all natural and artificial water features (e.g., storm water ponds, <br />drain tiles) on site and within one -half mile of the project boundary, including, but <br />not limited to lakes, ponds, streams (including intermittent streams), wetlands, <br />and ditches. Show ordinary high water marks of all navigable waters, 100 -year <br />flood elevations, and delineated wetland boundaries, if any. If not available, <br />appropriate flood zone determination or wetland delineation, or both, may be <br />required at the applicant's expense. <br />6. Identify all special waters and impaired waters as identified in the most <br />recent listing by the MPCA that receive runoff from the project within one mile of <br />the project. <br />7. Map of watershed drainage areas. <br />8. Map of soil types, infiltration rates, depth to bedrock, and depth to <br />seasonal high water table. <br />9. Steep slopes where areas of twelve percent or more existing over a <br />distance for 50 feet or more. <br />10. Bluff areas as defined in the Shoreland Ordinance or general development <br />standards, whichever is applicable. <br />11.
