Identify all natural and artificial water features (e.g., storm water ponds, <br />drain tiles) on site and within one -half mile of the project boundary, including, but <br />not limited to lakes, ponds, streams (including intermittent streams), wetlands, <br />and ditches. Show ordinary high water marks of all navigable waters, 100 -year <br />flood elevations, and delineated wetland boundaries, if any. If not available, <br />appropriate flood zone determination or wetland delineation, or both, may be <br />required at the applicant's expense. <br />7. Identify all special waters and impaired waters as identified in the most <br />recent listing by the MPCA that receive runoff from the project within one mile of <br />the project. <br />8. Location of drainage areas. <br />9. Steep slopes where areas of twelve percent or more existing over a <br />distance for 50 feet or more. <br />10. Bluff areas as defined in the Shoreland Ordinance or general development <br />standards, whichever is applicable. <br />11. Wooded areas and/or tree survey as defined by the community. <br />12. Agricultural land preservation area(s), County Biological Survey sites, <br />high quality native plant communities protected under the Model Community's <br />Natural Resource Design Standards, or other officially designated natural resource <br />areas. <br />(h) Construction and Post - Construction Conditions <br />1. Maps identifying areas discussed in (g)1 through (g)12 above. <br />2. Location, size, and approximate grade of proposed public sewer and water <br />mains. <br />3. Elevations, sections, profiles, and details as needed to describe all natural <br />and artificial features of the project. <br />4.
