Woolan's Park Wetland Bank Part B: Appendix 4 <br />Critical Connections Ecological Services, Inc. <br />January, 17th 2012 <br />Page 8 of 8 <br />• Other information as require by the Wetland Conservation Act LGU (Rice Creek <br />Watershed District), the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, and the United <br />States Army Corps of Engineers including corrective measures or specific performance <br />standards. <br />Future Monitoring <br />The City of Lino Lakes (applicant /landowner) or successor will be responsible to maintain the <br />wetland bank site in accordance with the terms and conditions of the easement prepared by <br />and conveyed to the State of Minnesota. In addition, the State and /or its agents will regularly <br />inspect the easement area to ensure that the banked wetland continues to substantially meet <br />the specifications in the approved bank plan. As a result of these regular inspections, the State <br />may prescribe corrective measures that must be taken by the City of Lino Lakes <br />(applicant /landowner) to bring the bank project back into compliance with the banking rule and <br />the state's easement. <br />
