• <br />G. Eligible expenses include, but are not limited to: site improvements, equipment purchase and <br />installation, and purchase of supplies for the recycling enhancement project. <br />H. Priority will be given to projects as follows: <br />• Projects that will provide a county -wide benefit. <br />• Collaborative projects for two or more municipalities. <br />I. Municipalities that did not expend all 2011 SCORE allocations must demonstrate that the 2012 <br />SCORE allocation will be fully expended by providing a budget for 2012. <br />J. If a proposal is submitted as a collaborative effort with more than one public entity or organization, a <br />single public entity must act as the primary applicant and submit an application on behalf of all <br />collaborators.. <br />K. Applicants can request funding for more than one project, if all grant funds are not requested at the <br />end of the application period. Additional grant requests require submission of a separate application. <br />L. Projects must be completed by December 31, 2012. With the approval of the County, the grant period <br />may be extended for good cause. <br />M. The committee reviewing the applications reserves the right to recommend award of partial funding <br />for project proposals. (County commissioner, county staff and two recycling coordinators not <br />applying for grants.) <br />IV. You are encouraged to contact Carolyn <br />Smith for assistance with developing a project or reviewing draft project ideas prior to submitting a <br />grant application. <br />V. Reporting <br />A final project report must be submitted at least one month after the expiration of the grant agreement. <br />The reports must detail efforts made to achieve project results, results of those efforts, including <br />quantitative data when available, and project expenditures. <br />VI.
