We can discuss.
Dave
From: Randy Triplett
Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 10:14 AM
To: Dave Roeser
Subject: Re: Update - Business Recycling
ACE would like to retain ownership of the container, so your only cost involved would be the
transportation to a recycling location once the container is full. A good rule of thumb is $85 an
hour for truck time, and we could set the service up so the revenue generated from the material
recycled may cover the transportation and the difference would then be credited or refunded.
Not knowing for certain if you have decided to head down the path of just going after fiber
material (cardboard and office paper) or ridges (cans, bottles, plastic) or maybe both. The
material type plays a role in what the front end processing costs will be for the material
recycled.
I think Comm Kordiak read a draft of this program at the meeting, but I did not catch the details.
Do you have a copy you can share?
Randy
On Fri, Jul 13, 2012 at 3:50 PM, Dave Roeser <droeser @comcast.net> wrote:
Nice looking. He mentioned Lino Lakes and I was curious if any further progress has been made on
your end? I did locate containers that could be utilized, but these were different then the "cages"
that we discussed a few months back. ACE is ready to step up and step in to help, just let me
know what you need from us!
Regards
Randy
Randy Triplett
ACE Solid Waste
•
952 -451 -8091
