Inventory city facilities for recycling and look <br />into ways for school facilities to reduce waste and increase recycling. <br />• Maintain the Community Garden site and establish a preparatory gardening <br />group. <br />• Implement the Lino Lakes Preparedness Plan for EAB as needed. <br />• Work on Wollan's Park Wetland Banking. <br />• Continue to monitor the Heron rookery and water quality in the northern one <br />third of Peltier Lake and to support the protection of resources in that area. <br />• Update Surface Water Management Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
