• <br />• <br />• <br />• Must include maps of all surface waters and wetlands and storm ponds or basins <br />that can be identified on maps such as a USGA 7.5 minute quadrangle map, the <br />NWI maps or equivalent maps within one mile (aerial radius) from the project <br />boundary that will receive stormwater associated with construction activity during <br />or after construction. This site is within one mile of a receiving lake. <br />• The SWPPP must describe a maintenance plan identifying who will be <br />performing future maintenance of permanent stormwater treatment systems on the <br />site. <br />• The SWPPP must identify if the project's stormwater flows to an impaired water <br />within one mile of the site (aerial radius), and whether or not there is USEPA- <br />approved TMDL for pollutants or stressors for the site. The permitee must <br />identify those TMDLs applicable to the to the projects stormwater discharge. <br />This site is within 1 mile of an impaired lake and will act as a receiving water <br />from this site. <br />Landscape Plan <br />A landscape plan was submitted showing the location of proposed boulevard street <br />plantings. City code requires a new tree on the street boulevards on each lot frontage. <br />Species and location of the trees will be made by the City. Additionally, landscaping of <br />open areas is also required. Open areas include disturbed areas exclusive of single family <br />lots. Once the tree mitigation requirements are finalized, the landscaping plan will be <br />updated to address these areas. The rerouted ditch offers opportunity for the planting of <br />these mitigated trees. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat and site plan review including any <br />recommendations of the board. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
