CALL TO ORDER <br />Ms. O'Dea called the Environmental Board meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. on July 31, <br />2013 <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />May 29, 2013 <br />Mr. Heiskary made a motion to approve the May 29, 2013 Meeting Minutes. Ms. Morin <br />seconded the motion to approve the minutes. Motion carried unanimously. <br />June 24. 2013 - The Foxborough Site Visit <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a motion to approve the June 24. 2013 Meeting Minutes. <br />Ms. DeHaven seconded the motion to approve the minutes. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Move 6B — Stream Health Evaluation Program, Gary Averback to 6A <br />Move 6A - Emmerich Concept Plan to 6B <br />Ms. Andrzejewski and Ms. DeHaven made a motion to approve the amended agenda. <br />Ms. Bor seconded the motion to approve the agenda.
