CALL TO ORDER <br />Ms. O'Dea called the Environmental Board meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. on October 30, <br />2013 <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />July 31, 2013 <br />Ms. Morin made a motion to approve the July 31, 2013 Meeting Minutes. Ms. Klebba <br />seconded the motion to approve the minutes. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Remove - Item B - tabled to next meeting <br />Add — now Item G- Residents' Concerns <br />Ms. Klebba made a motion to approve the amended agenda. Ms. Bor and Ms. Morin <br />seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br />No one present for Open Mike - closed at 6:37pm <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. Saddle Club <br />Mr. Asleson stated that the project site is 39.80 acre parcel. The parcel is proposed for <br />platting 55 single family lots. Public sanitary sewer and water utilities are available to <br />
