• <br />• <br />Park Board Meeting - January 4, 2005 <br />Minutes <br />The January 4, 2005 City of Lino Lakes Park Board meeting was <br />called to order at 6:30 p.m., by Chair Lindy. <br />Roll call was taken, members present were Pam Taschuk, Katie <br />Boyle, Aaron Frederickson, Pat Huelman, Bill Kusterman and George <br />Lindy. Members absent were Paul Montain. <br />Also present was Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 27, 2004: <br />Pam Taschuk made a motion, seconded by Bill Kusterman, to approve <br />the October 27, 2004, minutes as presented. The minutes were <br />approved. <br />SETTING AGENDA: <br />There were no changes to the agenda. <br />OPEN MIKE: <br />No one was present for open mike. <br />BEGIN 2005 GOAL SETTING DISCUSSION: <br />Review 2004 Goals - Rick reviewed the following 2004 Goals: <br />Connect Existing Trail Along North Side of Birch Street - Black <br />Duck Drive to Pheasant Hills Drive <br />The City has received preliminary approval from Anoka County to <br />proceed with this project. TKDA has been retained to perform the <br />survey work as well as preparing the plans and specifications. <br />Staff hopes to be prepared to go out for bid by the end of <br />January. <br />Construct Trails at Birch Street /Hodgson Road Intersection <br />These trails were completed during the week of October 18. <br />Holly Drive Pole Relocation for New Trail <br />This was completed during the reconstruction of Holly Drive. <br />Pave Birch Park Trail - Boardwalk to Parking Lot <br />This trail was completed during the week of October 11. <br />Extend Glenview Trail to Sunrise Park Parking Lot <br />This trail was completed during the week of October 11. <br />Survey Arena Acres Residents Regarding Existing Tennis Courts <br />Rick referred to a copy and the results of the survey that was <br />sent to residents. To date the City has received 32 completed <br />surveys. <br />
