Call to Order and Roll Call <br />(The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present: Pam <br />Taschuk, Katie Boyle, Bill Kusterman, Pat Huelman, Aaron Frederickson, <br />and Paul Montain. Members absent: George Lindy. Also present was Rick <br />DeGardner, Public Services Director.) <br />2. Mayor to Swear In 2005 Appointed Members <br />(Mayor John Bergeson swore in Katie Boyle and Paul Montain.) <br />3. Approval of Minutes from February 7, 2005 <br />(Paul Montain made a motion to approve the February 7, 2005 minutes. <br />Katie Boyle seconded the motion and they were approved. <br />4. Setting Agenda <br />(Aaron added Blue Heron Days under New Business.) <br />5. Open Mike <br />(There was no one present for open mike.) <br />6. Review 2004 -2005 Warming House Report <br />(Rick reviewed the report Brian Hronski prepared for the Board.) <br />7. Review Birch Street Trail Plans and Specs <br />(Rick reviewed the project.) <br />8. Recreation Department Update <br />(Rick reviewed the February update.) <br />9. Parks Department Update <br />(Rick reviewed the update with the Park Board Members.) <br />10. Old Business <br />a. Rice Lake Estates Park Update <br />(Rick reviewed the letter received from the City Administrator of <br />Circle Pines. Rick will give the Board an update when he has more <br />information. <br />
