• <br />• <br />Pat Huelman made a motion, seconded by Paul Montain, to <br />recommend the City of Lino Lakes get a signed commitment from the <br />City of Circle Pines to develop a park area with amenities that meet <br />or exceed what was previously in the park, by July 1, 2005, or pay <br />$50,000 to Lino Lakes in damages.
