The city has retained Brauer and <br />Associates, Ltd. for this purpose. The city has worked extensively with Brauer and Associates, <br />Ltd. on several master planning projects as well as the recently adopted Park, Natural Open <br />Space \Greenways and Trail System Plan. <br />The master planning process will consist of two meetings in which the general public is invited. <br />The first meeting will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007 at 6:30pm at Lino Lakes City Hall <br />(600 Town Center Parkway). The purpose of this meeting will be to review potential program <br />elements for Lino Park and to review some conceptual designs to determine which elements and <br />design are most appropriate to include in the master plan for some more immediate park <br />improvements. <br />The second meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 5, 2007 at 6:30pm at Lino Lakes City Hall. <br />The purpose of this meeting will be to review and comment on the preliminary master plan(s). <br />The final step of the master planning process is to formalize the final master plan and present it <br />to the City Council for approval. <br />All area residents are strongly encouraged to provide input throughout this master planning <br />process to allow for a successful planning outcome.
