Board. <br />2. County Mediation. <br />3. American Arbitration Assoc.; <br />Commercial arbitration rules; <br />decision binding. <br />Requires unanimous written agreement <br />of all members; failure to agree not <br />subject to dispute resolution. <br />Amending Agreement <br />Terminating Agreement <br />Withdrawal: If a City wants to <br />withdraw, requires one (1) year notice; <br />forfeit equipment; continue to pay <br />portion during that year. <br />Dissolution: Majority of member cities; <br />payments continue for one (1) year; <br />formula for distributing assets. <br />
