• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -112 <br />APPROVING CIRCLE -LEX LIONS CLUB APPLICATIONS <br />FOR SANDBURR DAYS <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club sponsors the annual event, "Sandburr Days "; and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club has submitted the necessary applications, <br />insurance and fees to hold the annual event; and <br />WHEREAS, the city department directors have reviewed and approved the special event <br />permit application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted a background investigation of the <br />Circle -Lex Lions Club, and <br />WHEREAS, the Circle -Lex Lions Club has complied with all the requirements of city <br />ordinances, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the request by the Circle -Lex Lions Club to hold the annual event, Sandburr <br />Days. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of July, 2003 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
