• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-144 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE PROJECT INITIATION <br />TIME FOR THE BENKLER CAR WASH AND QUICK LUBE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 02 -174 on December 9, 2002, which <br />approved a site and building plan and a CUP for a full service car wash, a self - service car <br />wash, and a quick lube facility; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 2, Subd. 2. and Subd. 6. of the zoning ordinance establish times <br />within which a project should be started after approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an extension in the project initiation time; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves an extension of the initiation time for the project. The project shall be initiated <br />by June 30, 2004. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all the conditions of approval included in <br />Resolution 02 -174 shall continue to apply. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
