STAFF ORIGINATOR: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING DATE: <br />TOPIC: <br />ACTION REQUIRED: <br />BACKGROUND: <br />AGENDA ITEM 7H <br />Michael Grochala <br />September 8, 2003 <br />Consideration of Resolution 03 -152 Accepting <br />Easements for the Lake /Apollo Drive <br />Improvement Project. <br />3/5 Vote <br />As part of the Lake /Apollo Drive Improvement project, permanent easements for <br />street and utility purposes where needed at the southeast corner of the Lake <br />Drive /Marketplace Drive intersection. The easements were required to facilitate <br />the placement of traffic signals and to accommodate the necessary turning radii <br />at the intersection. <br />The easements were originally required as part of the Market Place development <br />and are being provided at no cost to the city. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending acceptance of the Street and Drainage and Utility <br />Easements. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
