Lake /Apollo Easements Page 2 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO 03 -152 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENTS FOR STREET AND <br />UTILITY PURPOSES — LAKE/APOLLO IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, permanent easements for street and utility purposes were needed <br />at the southeast corner of the Lake and Market Place Drive intersection to <br />facilitate the street and traffic control installations for the Lake Drive/ Apollo Drive <br />Improvement Project, and <br />WHEREAS, Haile Properties, LLC, the respective property owners, have <br />provided the City with said easements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That such easements are hereby accepted by the City of Lino Lakes and the <br />City Clerk is authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of September, 2003. <br />John J.
