EASEMENT GRANT THIS EASEMENT, made this day of 2003, by Halle Properties, L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company, Grantor, to the City of Lino Lakes, a municipal corporation, Grantee, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for value received does hereby dedicate to the City of Lino Lakes a permanent easement for street and utility purposes over the land located within the City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, described as follows and shown on the attached Exhibit A: All that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Lino Lakes Market Place according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 23.00 feet southwesterly of the most northerly corner thereof, said northwesterly line also being the easterly right -of -way line of County State Aid Highway No. 23 per Anoka County Highway right -of -way Plat No. 17; thence northeasterly to a point on the northerly line of Lot 1, said point being 35.00 feet southeasterly of the most northerly corner of Lot 1 as measured along the northerly line of Lot 1 and there terminating. AND WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for value received does hereby dedicate to the City of Lino Lakes a permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes over the land located within the City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, described as follows and shown on the attached Exhibit A: All that part of Lot 1, Block 1, Lino Lakes Market Place according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, as described below:
