Bruggeman <br />page 15 <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />The P & Z held a public hearing on August 13 and recommended approval with <br />conditions. These conditions have been incorporated into Resolutions 03 -142 and 03- <br />143, except for one relating to garage size: "Garage sizes shall be subject to City Council <br />approval." <br />The size of the garages are less than the ordinance requirement, though the garages are <br />typical for townhomes and similar to those in existing townhome developments in Lino <br />Lakes. Staff believes this is an acceptable allowance for the PUD. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Ordinance 19 -03 rezoning of the commercial site to LB Limited Business. <br />2. Approve Ordinance 20 -03 rezoning of the residential area to R -3 PUD. <br />3. Approve Resolution 03 -142, which approves the preliminary plat/PUD plan. <br />4. Approve Resolution 03 -143, which approves the conditional use permit for a <br />commercial daycare facility in a Limited Business zone. <br />5.
