MEETING DATE: October 13, 2003 <br />TOPIC: Consideration of Resolution No. 03 -179 <br />Marshan Lake Industrial Park Final Plat <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the Marshan Lake Industrial Park preliminary plat on <br />September 22, 2003. The Developer has submitted a final plat for approval. <br />The plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The development agreement <br />for the subdivision has been executed and all required securities and easement <br />documents have been submitted. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 03 -179. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
