CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-179 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />MARSHAN LAKE INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Marshan Lake Industrial Park was approved with <br />Resolution 03 -168 by the City Council on September 22, 2003, with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Marshan Lake Industrial Park complies with City <br />requirements and the conditions of Resolution 03 -168 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Marshan Lake Industrial Park and authorizes the <br />Mayor and Clerk to sign the final plat subject to the following condition: <br />1. Final review and approval of title information by the City Attonery. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of October, 2003. <br />John J.
