<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AUTOMOBILE
<br />REPAIR FACILITY
<br />APOLLO CENTER
<br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from McCullough & Sons, Inc.,
<br />to construct a strip mall of 15,763 square feet on the SE Property at the
<br />intersection of Apollo Drive and Lilac The mall would include an auto repair shop
<br />of approximately 3,100 square feet with attached retail space to the east of
<br />approximately 12,663 square feet.
<br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is:

<br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned GB, General Business District, and
<br />WHEREAS, Automobile and Truck Repair Facilities are a Conditional Use within
<br />the GB, General Business District, and
