October 13, 2003 City Council <br />Apollo Center <br />7. The design plans must include details of the trash enclosure, including <br />height and materials of the enclosure. <br />8. Parking spaces for vehicles waiting for repair should be designated behind <br />the structure and should be limited to no more than 48 hours per vehicle. <br />9. The developer should work with city staff to assure compliance with <br />lighting requirements, lighting for the parking area and light fixture details. <br />10. Noises emanating from any use shall be in compliance with and regulated <br />by the MPCA, Minnesota Regulations MPC 7030, as amended, and City <br />code. <br />11.Any waste material resulting from any use must be disposed of in a <br />manner approved by the Minnesota State Fire Marshal, the MPCA, the <br />Department of Natural Resources, and the Zoning Administrator. <br />12. The developer should provide details as to the size, placement, shape and <br />color of proposed planters to be used. <br />13. Loading areas must be designated and included in the rear of the <br />structure. <br />14.The utility - related modifications and comments, as set forth in the City <br />Engineer's memo, must be incorporated into the final plans. <br />15.The developer should submit a copy of his Stormwater Pollution <br />Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to the City. <br />16.Approval from Rice Creek Watershed District will be needed before the <br />City can give final approval. <br />17.
