• • • CITY OF LINO LAKES ORDINANCE NO. 22-03 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT WITHIN THE AREA OF THE RAVENS HOLLOW DEVELOPMENT The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: Section 1: Findings The City Council makes the following findings: 1. The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Ravens Hollow with Resolution 03 -134 on August 25, 2003. 2. An easement exists within the area of the plat that is described as follows: A perpetual easement for ingress and egress across that part of Lot 8, Auditor's Subdivision No. 107, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 8, distant 324 feet west from the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence southerly at a right angle to said North line 120 feet, thence westerly at a right angle 100 feet; thence northwesterly to a point on the South line of the North 95 feet of said Lot 8 distant 660.3 feet East of the West line of said Lot 8; thence northerly and parallel to said West line 95 feet to the North line of said Lot 8; thence East to the point of beginning. 3. This easements should be vacated for the project to proceed as approved by the City. 4. The City Council held a public hearing on the vacation on November 10, 2003. Section 2 The easement described above is hereby vacated. Section 3 Any person, corporation or city owning or controlling other easements contained upon the property have the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove or otherwise attend thereto.
