• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 22-03 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT WITHIN THE <br />AREA OF THE RAVENS HOLLOW DEVELOPMENT <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />Section 1: Findings <br />The City Council makes the following findings: <br />1. The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Ravens Hollow with Resolution 03 -134 <br />on August 25, 2003. <br />2. An easement exists within the area of the plat that is described as follows: <br />A perpetual easement for ingress and egress across that part of Lot 8, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 107, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 8, distant 324 feet west from the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence southerly at a right angle to said North line <br />120 feet, thence westerly at a right angle 100 feet; thence northwesterly to a point <br />on the South line of the North 95 feet of said Lot 8 distant 660.3 feet East of the <br />West line of said Lot 8; thence northerly and parallel to said West line 95 feet to <br />the North line of said Lot 8; thence East to the point of beginning. <br />3. This easements should be vacated for the project to proceed as approved by the City. <br />4. The City Council held a public hearing on the vacation on November 10, 2003. <br />Section 2 <br />The easement described above is hereby vacated. <br />Section 3 <br />Any person, corporation or city owning or controlling other easements contained upon the <br />property have the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon such way or portion <br />thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove or otherwise attend thereto. <br />
