She explained there was concern about the possibility of confusion plus there <br />is only five feet of green space so staff recommends the access to Units 35 and 36 be <br />provided from the other side with the proposed access being turned into green space. <br />Also, signage will be provided to indicate where access to the units is provided. <br />Mr. Corson asked if these issues have been reviewed by the Fire Marshal. Mr. Smyser <br />advised that the Fire Marshal had expressed no concerns with the original design but, <br />perhaps, this changed access point should be reviewed as well. <br />Chair Schaps asked that Condition #2 be modified to include review and approval by the <br />Fire Department and Police Department. The Board concurred. <br />Mr. Rafferty asked if there are similar access restrictions and <br />with Units 26, 32, and 31. Curb cuts shall be limited to 26 feet in width for accesses onto public roads <br />with a minimum 10 -foot separation. <br />4. Green space /rock separations shall be eliminated between driveways. <br />5. A lighting plan shall be submitted for the review and approval of the Police <br />Department. <br />6. Street, drainage and utility plans are subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer. <br />7. All conditions of Preliminary Plat approval remain in effect. <br />
