Staff reviewed their analysis of the project aspects <br />including lighting, signage, landscaping, utilities, road, access and circulation, and <br />parking. With regard to the minor subdivision needed to facilitate the necessary minor <br />subdivision, the proposed lot will be 150' x 250' for 62,500 square feet. The current <br />survey document indicates no structures so Staff would require a survey document <br />containing the building placement prior to issuance of the building permits. Staff <br />recommends approval with minor revision to the site plan and subject to eleven <br />conditions. <br />Chair Schaps asked the applicant if he had anything to add to ''presentation. <br />John Milbauer, applicant and president of the Lino Lak tats stated he had <br />nothing to add. <br />Mr. Rafferty inquired regarding the shingles . au stated there will be a <br />significant cost savings by shifting to shin • �•t 1. <br />Chair Schaps asked for further public being none, he entertained a motion to <br />close the public hearing. <br />Mr. Zych made a MOTION <br />by Mr. Johnson. Mr. Millbauer stated the road is <br />380 feet south of the County Road centerline. Mr. Powell stated that is correct and the <br />recommended conditions allowed additional right -of -way dedication on Otter Lake Road. <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to approve the minor subdivision for Lino Lakes State Bank, <br />to allow the construction of a branch bank at Otter Lake Road and a to be constructed <br />service road and was supported by Mr. Johnson. Motion carried 5 -0 -1 (Chair Schaps <br />abstained). <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to approve the conditional use permit, and site plan review <br />for Lino Lakes State Bank, to allow the construction of a branch bank at Otter Lake Drive <br />and a to be constructed service road subject to the following conditions: <br />
