He noted the facility does not sell to <br />the public. <br />Acting Chair Lane asked the applicant to work with staff on the aesthetics of the back <br />building. She directed staff to relay the Board's concerns to the City Council. <br />Mr. Levy stated company engineers have indicated the City of Lino Lakes is a good city <br />to work with. The decorative concrete block on the office portion of the building shall be <br />identified for the building permit application to the satisfaction of the building <br />official. <br />4. Another landscaping plan must be submitted and obtain the Environmental <br />Specialist's approval before City Council approval. <br />5. The City Engineer's issues listed in the October 5, 2000 memo must be addressed <br />to his satisfaction.
