Motion <br />III. APPROVAL 0 <br />The agenda was app - ved. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:33 p.m. <br />Rich Matzke, 482 Main Street, indicated he has been a resident of Lino Lakes since 1962. <br />He explained he was concerned with the development near Blue Bill Ponds and stated a <br />neighborhood meeting was never held to discuss this issue, as suggested by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Mr. Matzke indicated numerous trucks of dirt are being brought into the Blue Bill Ponds <br />property and he is concerned with water runoff in his basement. He indicated a retention <br />pond is being built within the new development but noted he feels additional runoff will <br />reach his property. <br />
