Mr. Cooper stated they had <br />had a meeting and the neighborhood's main concern was regarding traffic issues. Mr. <br />Powell indicated that owners of the Lichtscheidl and Judd properties have expressed <br />concern regarding the effect on their properties. <br />Mr. Corson asked if there would be access to the trails. Mr. Powell stated Park Board <br />had reviewed the proposed plat, but they did not have the minutes. <br />Mr. Zych left the meeting at 7:47 p.m. <br />Mr. Lyden suggested the Park Board revisit these issues. Chair Schaps agreed. <br />Mr. Powell stated they would convey these concerns to the Park Board. <br />VII. ANNOUNCEMENT <br />Chair Schaps stated Mr. Schilling had advised the City he was moving out of the City, <br />and therefore he would need to resign his position on the Board. Chair Schaps wished <br />Mr. Schilling the best and expressed appreciation for the years of service he performed <br />for the City. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Lane made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:54 p.m., and was supported by <br />Mr. Lyden.
