Mr. Powell stated the sewer and <br />water would be extended from the west (Old Birch Street). <br />Mr. Zych asked if this was not the reason for turning this down or , . Mr'`• owell stated <br />sanitary or water service could come from the north, but it was n it from the <br />west. <br />Mr. Zych asked what was the cost difference. He <br />expressed concern about connecting Killdeer and the fact that they were already a neighborhood <br />that had 90 homes. He stated they had two entrances that serviced 90 homes. He stated they did <br />not want the additional traffic coming through adding safety concerns to their neighborhood. He <br />indicated there were a lot of children in the area. He asked for a gated, emergency entrance be <br />put in place. <br />Mr. Powell stated the entrances would split the traffic and they recommended there being two <br />accesses for emergency vehicles. If there would be only one connection, he would recommend <br />connecting the east end. <br />Sean McArale, 6508 Killdeer Drive, asked if there would be screening off of the Killdeer <br />entrance. He stated he would be against this due to the increase in traffic, noise and lights <br />coming into his home. <br />
