Site Plan Review, Donald Cisewski, 60 Marvy Street <br />Ms. Wyland stated Mr. Cisewski is requesting a site plan review to allow a 28 x 40 (1,120 <br />square foot) garage to be moved onto his property at 60 Marvy Street. All improvements <br />are to be completed by July 15, 1999. <br />Mr. Trehus made a MOTION to approve the site plan review based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Proper building permits are obtained prior to relocation and concrete slab details are <br />provided. <br />2. The structure is brought into compliance with the State UBC ., uding the following <br />improvements: <br />a. the structure is located on a concrete slab <br />b. all wiring is removed or brought up <br />c. center beam is upgraded or sup <br />d. a treated bottom plate is inst <br />e. rotted studs are replac <br />f. attic access is en a a code <br />g. other ite <br />the building inspector <br />3. The building is 1 e. it the setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance <br />(proposed located is ' from side property line, a minimum of 5' is required). <br />4. The exterior of the building is painted or dashed to match the existing dwelling. <br />5. The above improvements are to be completed by July 15, 1999. <br />6. The temporary buildings are removed as soon as practical or no later than July 15, <br />1999. <br />The MOTION was supported by Mr. Robinson.
