PUBLIC HEARING, Molin Concrete, 415 Lilac, Amended Conditional Use <br />Permit & Site Plan Review <br />Ms. Wyland stated that Molin Concrete is requesting an Amended Conditional Use <br />Permit and Site Plan Review to allow the construction of a 30 x 80 lunchroom/break <br />room addition to the north/west side of their new batch plant located at 415 Lilac Street. <br />Mr. Trehus asked what the previous conditions of approval were. Ms. Wyland stated she <br />does not have a list of the conditions but can provide one at a later date. She stated the <br />conditions did include permits, beepers on equipment, and landscaping issues. <br />Mr. Dunn asked if the lighting and noise issues had been resolved. Ms. Wyland stated the <br />plans for lighting and noise have not yet been implemented but work on them will begin <br />soon. <br />Acting Chair Johnson declared the public hearing open at 6:42 p. <br />Mr. Schilling made a MOTION to close the public hearing at 6. 3 p.rr . The MOTION <br />was supported by Mr. Dunn. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Mr. Schilling made a MOTION to approve t A- nddd Conditional Use Permit and Site <br />Plan Review based on the following co <br />1. Proper building permits . s' x or all constructions. <br />2. Conditions apprE .3 t' vious amendments shall remain in effect. <br />The MOTION was sported by Mr. Dunn. <br />Mr. Dunn questioned the problem with staging on Lilac Street. Mr. Randy Molin, Molin <br />Concrete, came forward and stated they are in the process of rearranging the lot to enable <br />the staging of vehicles on site. The congestion in the lot is getting better because of the <br />rearrangement. <br />Mr. Trehus asked about the current break room. Mr. Molin stated there is currently a <br />break room on the second floor. However, the septic system was failing and the room <br />was not large enough. <br />MOTION carried 4 -0. <br />This item will go before the City Council Monday, February 22, 1999, 6:30 p.m. <br />
