PUBLIC HEARING, Lino Lakes Elementary, 725 Main Street, Amended <br />Conditional Use Permit & Site Plan Review <br />• <br />Ms. Wyland stated KKE Architects, on behalf of the Lino Lakes Elementary School, is <br />asking for an amended conditional use permit and site plan review to allow expansion of <br />the school facility. <br />Mr. Dunn asked the City Engineer about a letter dated February 3, 1999, regarding <br />conditions. Mr. Powell stated the applicant has made corrections to the plan. He <br />indicated he is comfortable with the plan. <br />Ms. Jennifer Anderson Tuttle, KKE Architects, came forward and reviewed the site plan, <br />lighting and landscaping plan for the addition. <br />Mr. Dunn asked about the water system and how long the children will be without a <br />sprinkler system. Mr. Powell stated the water system will be completed by September 1, <br />1999. <br />Ms. Anderson Tuttle noted there has never been a water sprink e. Eventually it <br />will have complete sprinklers. <br />Mr. Dunn asked about the gym being available u use. Ms. Anderson Tuttle <br />stated the outside entrance to the gym is a <br />community. They are running a fund -r <br />community use. <br />Ms. Anderson Tutt <br />site. The facility wi <br />e it more welcoming to the <br />finance a wood floor for more <br />well and septic system will be removed from the <br />ity utilities. <br />Mr. Schilling asked i °There is any concern regarding the building access to the outdoor <br />center. Ms. Anderson Tuttle indicated there is no concern relating to the access to the <br />outdoor center. She referred to the drawing and pointed out the entrances and exits to the <br />building. <br />Acting Chair Johnson declared the public hearing open at 7:00 p.m. <br />Mr. Dunn made a MOTION to close the public hearing at 7:01 p.m. The MOTION was <br />supported by Mr. Trehus. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Mr. Schilling made a MOTION to approve the Amended Conditional Use Permit and Site <br />Plan Review based on the following: <br />1. Proper building permits are obtained prior to construction and reviewed by both the <br />• Building Inspection Department and the Fire Chief. The building permit shall include an <br />
