Contract Hardware, 374 Apollo Drive, Site Plan Review and Minor <br />Subdivision <br />Ms. Wyland stated Contract Hardware is requesting a site plan <br />subdivision to allow the construction of an 18,000 squar <br />office /warehouse /manufacturing facility in the Apoll <br />and minor <br />nter. <br />Mr. Gary Nordness, a representative for ar e °. e, stated he is working on a <br />joint driveway agreement. Proper building permits be obtained prior to construction. <br />2. A development agreement shall be signed which includes a shared driveway <br />agreement. <br />3. Park Dedication shall be collected based on the size of the proposed structure and in <br />accord with the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />4. One additional parking space shall be provided to meet parking requirements. <br />Handicapped parking shall be in accord with the ADA Rules and Regulations. <br />5. Drainage and utility plans shall be subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer with proper easements shown on the site survey document. <br />
